How has COVID19 affected Car Consignments and How Did We Pull Through?

360 VR Cars - Suzuki Jimny Sierra 1.5A Pencil Sketch

It has been tough but that has not stopped customers from consigning their cars after Circuit Breaker!

When the Circuit Breaker was implemented as a response to the escalating COVID-19 situation in Singapore, many businesses had to close. No physical stores could be open unless they were considered essential services.

Many businesses, like us at 360 VR Cars, had to think swiftly on our feet as to how to set up a digital storefront to connect to our customers. That was when we introduced the 360 viewing concept, in which we brought the process of car viewing right to our customers’ doorstep. With that, our customers can view available cars from the comfort and safety of their homes, without ever having to step into our showrooms. How neat is that?

Car consignment does not have to be a drawn-out and troublesome process, especially not with the effects of COVID-19 looking to stay for several years to come. Hence, we are constantly looking for new ways to digitalize our car consignment business and smoothen the entire process of buying and selling a car for our customers.

COVID-19 was and still is a tough time for all of us, but we’re here to help make it better! Thinking of consigning your car? Get advice from our experienced dealers now!
